StartBiz is a business-formation and business-support service provided by Eurofundsconsulting BV — BTW/KBO: BE 0795.081.383, Excelsiorslaan 71, 1930 Zaventem, Belgium. These terms govern your use of StartBiz services.

2. Scope of services
StartBiz offers services such as Belgian company-formation support, notary process coordination, business address, accounting support, business plan, financial plan, financing application preparation/support, manager/director sourcing support, and application/document process support.
3. No guaranteed outcome
StartBiz does NOT guarantee incorporation approval, notary acceptance, financing/loan approval, or tax/authority decisions. Such decisions are made at the discretion of independent third parties (notaries, banks, authorities).
4. Financing disclaimer
StartBiz may prepare/support business plans, financial plans and financing applications; however StartBiz is NOT a lender and does not promise credit approval.
5. Customer responsibilities
The customer agrees to provide correct and current information, submit authentic documents, respond to requests in good time, keep account credentials secure, and not misuse the service.
6. Pricing and payment
Prices/quotes may depend on the selected service and scope; an authorised admin/expert may provide a quote or payment link. Payments are processed via Stripe Payment Links on Stripe-hosted infrastructure; StartBiz does not store raw card/CVV data.
7. Third-party services
Certain services may involve notaries, accountants, business-address providers, payment processors, AI/digital reception support and other professional partners. StartBiz does not control the decisions of these independent third parties.
8. Cancellation / withdrawal / refunds
This is a B2B business service. Cancellation/refund eligibility depends on the service stage, work already performed, third-party costs and applicable law. Please contact StartBiz regarding any such request.
9. Account and account termination
Customers may close/delete their account. Details: https://startbiz.online/account-deletion. Legal/accounting records may still be retained where required.
10. Privacy
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy: https://startbiz.online/privacy.
11. Intellectual property
The StartBiz site, app, branding and content are protected. This does not claim ownership of documents you upload; your documents remain yours.
12. Liability
StartBiz provides its own services with reasonable care. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is reserved. StartBiz's own services are distinct from the decisions of independent third parties.
13. Service availability
Maintenance or technical interruptions may occur; 100% uptime is not guaranteed.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Applicable competent authorities and legal provisions apply to disputes.
15. Changes to terms
These terms may be updated from time to time; material changes may be communicated where appropriate.
